the location is great, its close to all the main things. i also loved breakfast, it was amazing. i will say, they really go all out.
the staff was polite but not very cute, i think. i also asked for de-cafe coffee but was told none existed, which isn't great.

The receptionist was SO friendly and efficient at check-in. The food in the bar was AMAZING!!! I found it easy to find a solution for dinner upon my late arrival. Staff were helpful.
The room was VERY basic and could use some modernisation.

underwhelming stay, some issues noticed
dust layerfew spots
The room cleaning was not good. i found a layer of dust on the desk and the bathroom cleanliness was not great either. also, parking was difficult as there were very few spots available. Many were taken by motorcycles.

the location was very convenient near the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful. my room had a television with many channels. i liked the strong hot water in the shower.
i noticed limited sound insulation in my room and this slightly affected my sleep quality.
